The first storyteller in residence arrives to Scuola Holden

Stephen Amidon (Chicago, 1959) is warmly received in a welcome cocktail offered by the Holden staff

The American writer arrived this morning to Turin where he will be hosted by the Italian school for the coming two months up to April 2014. During this time, the author of Human Capital (2004) will both impart a series of lectures and share his experience as a storyteller with the students while he will have the opportunity to work on his different literary projects.

This initiative is an unprecedented tradition at the Holden and embraces the desire to enrich both the students’ and the guest’s work by enabling and fostering a more intimate approach among them while exchanging creative processes and life experiences.
