On 22 and 23 June 2016, Jörg Piringer, our Austrian colleague, will show in his workshop how to enhance poetic language through the manipulation of rhythm and sound. The course is organised by Scuola Holden (Turin) and takes place within the EACWP-network and the Teachers’ Interchange Programme, in association with the Vienna Poetry School and supported by the European Erasmus+ programme
In this class, the Austrian sound poet and scientist Jörg Piringer will guide students to use simple but effective electronic devices and software to rearrange and modify their own voices for live performance and prerecorded pieces. The focus will be on play and experimentation – no special knowledge in computers and other technologies is required.
EACWP students and members are especially welcome!
Limited number of participants.
